Withdraw and Cancellation
This page explains how EU consumers can request withdrawal from a qualifying purchase and how subscribers can cancel future renewals.
1. Withdraw from a Purchase Within 14 Days
EU consumers may have the right to withdraw from a qualifying online purchase within 14 days of the purchase date.
For digital products, downloads, app access, subscriptions, or online content, this right may be lost once access or download begins, where you gave prior express consent and acknowledged that you would lose your withdrawal right.

Click Withdraw from Contract, review your request, then click Confirm Withdrawal to submit.
After submitting the form, you will receive an email confirmation containing your request details, submission date and time, and withdrawal reference number.
If your request meets the withdrawal criteria, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
2. Cancel a Subscription Renewal
You may cancel a subscription at any time to stop future renewals.
Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will keep access until the end of the paid period unless your account is suspended or terminated under our Terms and Conditions.
To cancel a subscription, log in to your Lanaltx account and go to:
Account Settings > Subscriptions > Cancel
You may also use the form on this page and select subscription cancellation as the request type.
3. Technical Access Problems
If you cannot access a product, download, subscription, or app feature that you have paid for, please use the form and select technical access issue.
We may offer technical support, a replacement link, restored access, or another suitable solution.
