Cancellation Policy
Booking and Cancellation Policy 1. Booking Lessons Advance Booking: Lessons must be booked in advance through our online booking system. Availability: Lesson availability is based on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend booking your lessons as early as possible to secure your preferred time slots. Confirmation: Once a lesson is booked, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your booking. 2. Rescheduling Lessons Notice Period: If you need to reschedule a lesson, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. How to Reschedule: Rescheduling can be done through the online booking system or by contacting us directly. Limitations: You may reschedule lessons up to three times per month without penalty. Additional rescheduling may incur a fee or be subject to availability. 3. Cancellation of Lessons Notice Period: If you need to cancel a lesson, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson time will be considered late and may result in the lesson being forfeited. No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend a lesson without providing notice, the lesson will be considered a no-show, and the lesson will be forfeited. 4. Refunds Refund Policy: Lessons that are cancelled within the allowed time frame (24 hours in advance) can be rescheduled, but no refunds will be issued. Subscription Service: For subscribers, no refunds will be provided for missed lessons, late cancellations, or no-shows. 5. Instructor Cancellations Instructor Availability: In the rare event that an instructor must cancel a lesson, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative time or instructor. Rescheduling by Instructor: Any lesson cancelled by the instructor will be rescheduled at no additional cost to you. 6. Group Classes Registration: Some group classes may require pre-registration to secure your spot. Minimum Attendance: If a group class does not meet the minimum number of participants, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the class. Registered participants will be notified and given alternative options. 7. Communication Contacting Us: For any changes to your booking, cancellations, or rescheduling, please contact us. 8. Changes to the Policy Updates: We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance.
