Withdraw and Cancellation
WITHDRAW FROM A CONTRACT
Consumers may have the right to withdraw from an eligible online contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
Use the form below to tell LANALTX that you wish to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal.
This form is for withdrawing from a contract during an applicable legal withdrawal period. It is different from cancelling the future renewal of a subscription or rescheduling a lesson.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
After you submit the form, LANALTX will send an acknowledgement to the email address provided without undue delay.
The acknowledgement will include the information submitted and the date and time of submission.
Where a lesson, consultation, subscription service or other service started during the withdrawal period at your express request, a proportionate charge may apply for the part already supplied.
Access to a withdrawn digital subscription, service or product may be disabled after the withdrawal is processed.
CANCELLING A SUBSCRIPTION
To stop a recurring subscription from renewing, use the cancellation controls in your account where available or contact info@lanaltx.com.
Cancelling future renewal is separate from exercising a statutory right of withdrawal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and does not automatically refund a payment already taken.
LESSON CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
To cancel or reschedule an individual lesson, contact LANALTX or your teacher.
Unless different booking conditions were displayed when you purchased the lesson, at least 24 hours’ notice should be provided. Late cancellations and missed lessons may be treated as used.
